Pink Boa

Here are some pics from little o's class today. The teacher brought out some feathers and boas for them to feel. Little o seemed much more interested in everyone's iphone laying around as well as some silver sparkly sandals sitting next to us. But I was able to get her to try on this pink boa for a few seconds-she kept wriggling around so fast-I thought all the shots came out blurry, but I love how bright and blown out these are!

10 months!

my dearest little o, you are an entire 10 months old! Almost a year! You are my biggest little girl. You have changed so much in the past few months! You are so fun and rambunctious now. You crawl so fast and you pull on my pants to try and stand up. You say dah, dah, dah at your bird mobile when you want to grab one of them to make them fly. Your favorite friends are Mr. Bear and little puppy. You point and clap. You wave bye bye and hi (sometimes-only when you feel like it). Oh and you kiss now. I saw you run over to a boy in class the other day and you planted a wet one right on his cheek! I think you were trying to kiss Sadie dog too-on her ear, and she let you. So sweet...then today when I came home from yoga, you gave me 2 kisses on my cheek and hugged me-oh that made my day little o!

Play Time

This week in our OTBEE class, little o and the other babies played dress up in very colorful scarves, crawled around with bouncing textured rubber balls and best of all danced to the drum beats and maracas!

Swim Time

This weekend, we started our swim class at the YMCA. I think little o enjoyed it, although the water was a little too cool to call it "heated". We sang some songs like "Ring around the Rosie" and "Humpty Dumpty" and had the babies float on their bellies and backs and practiced kicking. It is nice starting this class with her and her Daddy, knowing it will probably be something we continue doing together throughout her childhood. It also makes me think of this summer and how much fun it will be to take her to the beach in some cute new bathing suits and sun hats:)

In our OTBEE class this week, little o had so much fun playing with all the different type of drums and gumming on the bell shakers! She also enjoyed knocking down the houses I made for her out of blocks.

Feelin' Summer time

With little o growing so quickly, I've decided to bring out some of her clothes that I've had in her closet in size 12 months-yes, she pretty much fits into them and will be a year old in just a few months!

Here she was so excited to be wearing her new sun dress thanks to her auntie Lisa!
